Middle/Senior RPA Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and assess requirements

• Create specifications for both functional and non-functional requirements

• Design and document logical workflows for automating business processes

• Develop Process Design Documents (PDD) along with related project documentation

• Engage in validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with end users

• Record meeting outcomes, decisions made, and other project-related information

• Work closely with developers to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into technical specifications

• Provide support for automation initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in software development projects

• A university degree in a mathematical field or a postgraduate degree in Systems Analysis

• Strong expertise in gathering requirements and analyzing business processes

• Familiarity with Essential Analysis and/or Object-Oriented Analysis & Design

• Experience with RPA technologies such as Automation Anywhere and SAP Build Process Automation

• Proven experience in preparing documentation for both functional and non-functional requirements

• Capability to model and document business processes for automation projects

• Experience in working within Scrum environments

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher
