Middle DevOps Engineer, Amazon Connect

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and oversee CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.

• Administer cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Amazon Connect, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.).

• Launch and manage containerized applications utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.

• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Track system performance and reliability with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.).

• Automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

• Ensure system security, compliance, and adherence to best practices in cloud environments.

• Work collaboratively with development teams to optimize release processes and resolve issues.

• Oversee logging, alerting, and incident response procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related fields.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.

• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services.

• Proficient in scripting/programming languages (Python, Bash, or similar).

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred).

• Knowledge of networking, security, and system architecture.

• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions.
