Mid-level .NET, Angular, SQL Server Developer – Focus on AI, Spec-Driven Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehend business requirements and convert them into precise, well-organized technical solutions.

• Examine and articulate business rules, workflows, screens, integrations, validations, and acceptance criteria.

• Draft functional and technical specifications to direct development efforts.

• Create and improve applications utilizing .NET, Angular, REST APIs, relational databases, and integrations.

• Leverage AI tools to aid in development, documentation, testing, refactoring, and code analysis.

• Conduct thorough reviews of solutions and code generated with AI support, ensuring quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

• Engage in API design, data modeling, integrations, and technical decision-making processes.

• Recognize gaps in requirements, systemic impacts, and technical risks.

• Mentor less experienced developers in analysis, best practices, and the responsible use of AI.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, technical standards, and delivery quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in C# and .NET development.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining REST APIs.

• Proficient in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational database systems.

• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, authentication, authorization, and system integrations.

• Understanding of architectural best practices, code organization, design patterns, and separation of concerns.

• Proficient in Git, source control, and collaborative development methodologies.

• Analytical mindset for code reviews: detect technical problems and suggest enhancements.

• Strong communication skills, self-sufficiency, organization, and ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for development, analysis, documentation, and testing.

• **Preferred / Nice to have**

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar.

• Experience in specification-driven development, technical documentation, or Spec-Driven Development.

• Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, observability, logging, and failure analysis.

• Familiarity with systems possessing complex business rules, integrations, legacy components, or experience within the insurance sector.
