Mid-level Java Support Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will be part of the support team, tasked with analyzing and resolving tickets and issues associated with the Client's system.

• Objective:

• Examine and comprehend the processes and code to deliver more effective solutions to problems.

• We adhere to SLAs; each ticket is assigned a specific level of criticality/priority and must be handled within the designated timeframe.

• Experience in projects or a strong understanding of the following development tools and practices:

• - Java 8

• - Spring Boot

• - Familiarity with APIs

• - Fundamentals of backend programming

• - Databases: SQL Server / DynamoDB

• Nice to have:

• - Git

• - Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
