Mid-Level ERP Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver level 2 support via phone or online, assisting and addressing inquiries regarding all system processes, configurations, and records.

• Generate reports utilizing RM Reports and Reporting Services.

• Formulate grade calculation formulas within the TOTVS Educacional system.

• Tailor screens with the Metadados tool.

• Execute the School Census (Censo Escolar).

• Produce user manuals.

• Test various customizations.

• Validate and endorse new functionalities.

• Upgrade TOTVS RM versions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Experience in the implementation and support of the TOTVS RM Educacional system.

• Proficient in SQL databases.

• Background in system parameterization, business rules, and user support.

• Experience in basic education (K–12) institutions is preferred.

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Completed TOTVS Educacional — Basic Education course.

• Preferred: Experience in implementing the TOTVS Educacional School Census (Censo Escolar) and developing visual formulas.
