This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Provide mentorship on testing methodologies, tools, and concepts, engage in refactoring efforts, and assist the QA team in creating intricate, automated testing scenarios;
β’ Supervise project rollout activities, troubleshoot issues, and take initiative in guiding the team during critical situations;
β’ Identify security vulnerabilities that may arise during the development process (or otherwise), aid in their remediation, and create documentation that maps the identified issues;
β’ Possess a strong understanding of architectural models and practices and, when necessary, support the architecture team in validating and designing solutions;
β’ Maintain a comprehensive view of the project and assist the team in task breakdown and requirement clarification to enhance delivery efficiency;
β’ Track and evaluate team metrics, propose adjustments to planning processes, and support alignment initiatives;
β’ Document and illustrate solutions by generating documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code;
β’ Ensure the developed solution aligns with client requirements and adheres to industry best practices.
β’ Extensive knowledge in systems development;
β’ Familiarity with front-end and back-end patterns and best practices;
β’ Understanding of web security and performance standards;
β’ Experience in developing microservices with Java Spring Boot and Node.js; knowledge of React, Angular, GraphQL, Flutter, Python, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Maven, and messaging systems (JMS, ActiveMQ, or Kafka);
β’ Advanced experience in front-end development using React and Angular; familiarity with Node.js, Flutter, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker;
β’ Knowledge of design patterns;
β’ Proficiency in unit testing with JUnit, log monitoring with DataDog, and Git;
β’ Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL, MySQL, and Amazon Aurora;
β’ Familiarity with Redis for caching; understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Code practices, and Scrum methodology.
