This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This is your chance to engage in a dynamic and rapidly evolving role.

• The demand for audits of Managing General Agents (MGAs), Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and entities with delegated authority (permission to underwrite insurance business) enables you to manage multiple audit projects concurrently, adding value at every stage.

• Our auditors serve as independent project leaders, crafting and conveying workplans to team members.

• You will be responsible for assigning tasks while simultaneously handling your own assigned duties to ensure audits are completed successfully and on schedule.

• By effectively engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, you will represent Pro effectively.

• Whether collaborating closely with audit operations (administrators & peer review), evaluating pre-audit questionnaires (PAQs), addressing documentation queries, or participating in audit interviews, our auditors operate with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• You are regarded as a trusted subject matter expert, skilled in writing comprehensive reports and pinpointing significant issues.

• Our auditors are viewed as partners to our client customers, moving beyond merely identifying problems and working collaboratively to develop solutions and training plans that ensure compliance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of audit experience.

• Expertise in conducting North American audits of MGAs; experience with Lloyd’s Coverholders with Delegated Authority Agreements and/or Claims TPAs is advantageous.

• Strong skills in report writing.

• Analytical skills to evaluate reports, identify issues, and assess their significance.

• Proficient verbal and written communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

• A collaborative team player who can also work independently.

• Detail-oriented, precise, and thorough, with exceptional record-keeping skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite; intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Access being beneficial.

• Strong business acumen and leadership presence.

• Outcome-oriented, self-driven, confident, and enthusiastic.

• Diplomatic, cooperative, and collaborative in approach.
