Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist Members facing a diverse range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, while also having the flexibility to work with members experiencing substance use disorders when necessary.

• Ensure timely and clear clinical documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Coordinate care as required and contribute to a nurturing, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active and verifiable license from one of the following Ohio licenses: LSW, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT, as well as your state of residence if it is not Ohio. All credentials must be confirmed through the State Board’s website as part of the application process.

• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Excellent communication and clinical abilities with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Proficiency with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth technologies.

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

• Access to a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet connection.
