Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Offer individual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist Members with a diverse array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, with the flexibility to also support members facing substance use disorders when necessary.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Coordinate care as needed and foster a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current and verifiable license from one of the following Nebraska licenses: LIMHP or LMHP, along with your state of residency if it is outside of Nebraska. All credentials must be validated through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Proven experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Excellent communication and clinical abilities with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Proficiency with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote environment with professionalism and integrity.

• Must have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and a reliable internet connection.
