Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic assessments and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist Members facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, with the flexibility to also support those with substance use disorders when needed.

• Keep precise and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Facilitate care coordination as necessary and help foster a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active and verifiable license from one of the following Missouri licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, as well as your state of residence if it is outside Missouri. All credentials must be validated through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Have experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Demonstrate strong communication and clinical abilities with a person-centered, trauma-informed methodology.

• Be comfortable using EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.

• Exhibit the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity.

• Maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and have a reliable internet connection.
