Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and work collaboratively to create evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist Members facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, while also having the flexibility to engage with members dealing with substance use disorders when necessary.

• Keep clear and timely clinical records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Coordinate care as required and foster a supportive, multidisciplinary atmosphere.

• Take part in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active and verifiable license from one of the following Massachusetts licenses: LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, as well as your state of residence if it is outside Massachusetts. All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Strong communication and clinical abilities with a person-centered, trauma-informed perspective.

• Proficiency with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth applications.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity.

• A private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and dependable internet connection are required.
