Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment plans.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist Members facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, while also demonstrating flexibility to work with members who have substance use disorders as needed.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Coordinate care as necessary and contribute to a nurturing, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active and verifiable license from one of the following Illinois licenses: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT, as well as your state of residence if it is outside Illinois. All credentials must be validated through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Excellent communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Proficiency with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth technologies.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity.

• Access to a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet connection.
