Mental Health Therapist, Bilingual, Licensed in Texas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, including Spanish-speaking clients, in a virtual environment.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Effectively manage electronic documentation through our efficient EMR system.

• Engage in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to uphold best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential — capable of conducting full therapy sessions, assessments, and clinical discussions in both languages.

• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.

• A valid clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP).

• Experience working with the geriatric population.

• Comfort with technology and prior experience in providing teletherapy is advantageous.
