Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy services.

• Perform assessments and create tailored treatment plans.

• Assist individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, grief, family disputes, and other mental health challenges.

• Implement evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic interventions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve favorable treatment results.

• Engage in clinical consultation and supervision as required.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation.

• Handle an agreed-upon caseload and meet service expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline.

• Valid DC License (LPC, LGPC, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent).

• Proficient clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously while cooperating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Dedication to providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.

• Previous experience with children, adolescents, adults, and families (preferred).

• Background in outpatient, community-based, school-based, or behavioral health environments (preferred).

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies (preferred).

• Experience serving diverse and underserved communities (preferred).
