• Ideal candidates should hold a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) designation in Georgia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a current, active, and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated excellent skills in diagnosis, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

• Proven exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with or eagerness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery methods.

• Deep understanding of the psychosocial dimensions of health and illness.

• Tech-savvy and proficient in using electronic health record systems and engaging across various platforms.

• Familiarity with insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements.

• Evidence of strong crisis intervention capabilities.

• Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital environment.

• Completion of a Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university.
