Mental Health Therapist – Adult Teletherapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Providing remote mental health therapy to working adults.

• Conducting all therapy sessions through a virtual platform, utilizing teleconferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or WebEx.

• Recording client objectives, therapy progress, and evaluations for reporting and assessing progress at the end of each session.

• Checking the NLT email account and calendar daily for appointments and communications from both NLT staff and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active clinical license, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC.

• At least 3 years of post-internship experience providing direct therapy to adults.

• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

• Proficient and comfortable in utilizing Measurement Based Care, administering online assessments, and keeping detailed SOAP notes through an online platform.

• Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing environment and manage multiple assignments and clients effectively.
