This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care consistently, reflecting Rivia Mind’s culture, values, and guiding principles.
• Serve and manage a weekly average of 31 patients through self-pay, insurance, and Medicare.
• Maintain a steady weekly patient care schedule that aligns with Rivia Mind’s productivity standards.
• Adhere to Care Model practices that focus on continuity of care, frequent follow-up appointments, and efficient calendar management.
• Conduct thorough intake evaluations and create tailored, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Implement appropriate psychotherapy practices utilizing various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
• Offer clinical support and counseling to a diverse range of patients in a telehealth setting.
• Guide patients in managing ongoing health conditions and provide therapeutic support for positive behavior changes.
• Counsel patients and provide crisis intervention, including the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral issues.
• Adhere to clinical standards and ensure timely and comprehensive session note documentation.
• Foster a friendly work culture that promotes a fun, collaborative, and co-learning environment benefiting individual well-being, self-improvement, and potential.
• Perform additional related role and team function responsibilities as assigned by departmental and group leaders.
• Master’s degree in Social Work or a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in practicing psychotherapy (practicum clinical experience is applicable).
• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• Long-term therapy care model experience is preferred.
• Active New York State License (LMSW/MHC-LP) is required.
• Candidates must be license-eligible or possess an active associate-level license or permit (e.g., LMSW, LSW, LAC, MHC, or equivalent).
• Alternatively, candidates may have up to 2 years of post-licensure experience (not independently licensed).
• Completion of the required licensure examination is preferred where applicable.
• Certifications in specific modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are advantageous.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience or interest in working with couples is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proficient in utilizing various technology platforms and systems (Google Suite, company-wide platforms/software, and EHR systems when relevant).
• Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude are required.
• 3 weeks of front-loaded PTO along with milestone increases.
