This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Deliver exceptional clinical care consistently that reflects the culture, values, and guiding principles of Rivia Mind.
• Maintain a weekly average of 31 patients across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare services.
• Adhere to a consistent weekly patient care schedule that meets Rivia Mind’s productivity standards.
• Implement Care Model practices that focus on continuity of care, frequent follow-up appointments, and efficient calendar management.
• Carry out thorough intake evaluations and create tailored, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Utilize appropriate Psychotherapy techniques, including various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
• Offer clinical support and counseling to a diverse range of patients in a telehealth setting.
• Guide patients in managing ongoing health conditions and provide therapy to facilitate positive behavioral changes.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention for patients, including assessments and treatment for emotional and behavioral issues.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and maintain timely and comprehensive session note documentation.
• Foster a welcoming work culture that promotes a fun, collaborative, and co-learning environment enhancing individual well-being and growth.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by department and group leaders.
• Active Massachusetts State License (LCSW/MHC) is required.
• Candidates must either be license-eligible or possess an active associate-level license or permit (e.g., LMSW, LSW, LAC, MHC or equivalent).
• Alternatively, candidates may have up to 2 years of post-licensure experience (not independently licensed).
• Completion of the necessary licensure examination is preferred where applicable.
• Certifications in specific modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are advantageous.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related graduate field is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in practicing Psychotherapy is necessary (Practicum clinical experience is applicable).
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience or interest in working with couples is beneficial.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team is essential.
• Proficiency in using various technology platforms and systems (Google Suite, company-specific platforms/software, and EHR platforms when applicable) is required.
• Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude are necessary.
• 3 weeks of front-loaded PTO plus milestone increases.
