• Oversee member performance and ensure compliance with OPTN policies, bylaws, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular reviews of member information, identifying potential gaps or areas needing enhancement.
• Evaluate membership applications and update requests for their completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with applicants to rectify deficiencies and confirm the submission of necessary documentation.
• Compile application summaries to assist committees in reviewing membership requests.
• Execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses of member performance metrics and trends.
• Leverage dashboards and other documentation to facilitate MPSC compliance reviews, performance improvement initiatives, and policy enforcement activities.
• Address inquiries from transplant centers, OPOs, and laboratories regarding membership applications, compliance issues, and policy-related matters in a timely manner.
• Assist MPSC initiatives, including reviews of member performance improvement and compliance.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred in Policy, Business Administration, Healthcare, Customer Service, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of one year of experience in roles related to policy compliance, operational oversight, healthcare processes, or customer service.
• Strong skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
• Prior experience working with data-driven systems or databases is preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.
