This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Educate clients on Medicare benefits and coverage options.

• Assist with enrollment in plans and transitions.

• Conduct comparisons of plans and offer recommendations.

• Ensure adherence to Medicare regulations and deadlines.

• Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-paced sales environment while upholding professionalism and accuracy.

• Maintain precise records and documentation.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to address issues and respond to inquiries.

• Possess a valid health insurance license.

• Able to provide proof of release for any requested carrier contract.

• Current plan year AHIP certification is required.

• Knowledge of sales and capability to generate revenue.

• Ability to operate in compliance with CMS Federal regulations.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
