Medicare Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of the organization's compliance program with an emphasis on Medicare regulations

• Guarantee compliance with federal and specific carrier requirements

• Supervise audit functions and uphold regulatory compliance procedures

• Relay updates on regulatory changes and compliance information to internal stakeholders

• Evaluate and verify sales and marketing materials for compliance accuracy

• Perform internal assessments to ensure adherence to Medicare program requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2–4 years of experience in Medicare compliance, auditing, or regulatory management

• Comprehensive understanding of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, and Part D programs

• Familiarity with carrier compliance standards and audit coordination

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical abilities

• Capability to handle multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and adjust to regulatory updates
