Medical Writer – Publications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with our Medical Communications team.

• Conducting research, writing, and editing manuscripts, abstracts, slide presentations, posters, and other deliverables.

• Working jointly on highly visible client projects.

• Engaging with inspiring pharmaceutical products and technologies in the medical sector.

• Providing the necessary support, resources, and flexibility to ensure your success.

• Effectively communicating with team members to achieve content development goals.

• Delivering assignments by the specified deadlines and comprehending the project development process.

• Demonstrating knowledge of best practices in publication.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD, PhD in life sciences, or PharmD is required.

• Previous experience in writing peer-reviewed publications, congress abstracts, posters, and slide presentations.

• Capability to independently write and edit scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and training materials.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with the AMA writing style.

• A team player with a detail-oriented work ethic.
