This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Deliver on-site and phone assistance to ensure clients can proficiently use their systems for patient treatment.
• Conduct training sessions in various formats for both new and existing users of the Accuray systems.
• Contribute to the creation of user and customer support documentation and training resources that promote effective use of the company's products.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and marketing/development by offering recommendations for product enhancements, improvements, or corrections.
• Provide clinical insights and review new products and proposals, representing the interests of both customers and customer support.
• Collaborate with R&D Physics to test forthcoming product platform releases and assess systems in development.
• Aid in the formulation and execution of processes and programs within the Physics group.
• Stay updated on current clinical practices.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Medical Physics or a related discipline is required.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting Linac operation within an RT department or in a support capacity.
• Familiarity with treatment planning, treatment delivery, Linac QA, and other operations within an RT environment.
• Background in customer support or training roles within the medical imaging or radiation treatment sector.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and other sites, both domestically and internationally, up to 50% of the time.
