Medical Director – Neurology, Psychiatry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a skilled Medical Director (MD) or Senior Medical Director (SMD) to join our team in select EMEA locations.

• Champion medical excellence throughout our clinical research initiatives.

• Establish and nurture robust medical and consultative relationships with clients.

• Offer expert advice on early engagement and pre-award prospects.

• Act as a medical monitor for contracted projects.

• Engage in strategic initiatives, mentor junior physicians, and oversee a team of medical professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized medical institution.

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical medicine and practice.

• Board-certified Psychiatrist or Neurologist, possessing current knowledge and expertise.

• Experience as a medical monitor, preferably within another CRO.

• Familiarity with the clinical aspects of drug development, including medical monitoring and study design/execution.

• Understanding of the drug development process, including drug safety; experience in Pharmaceutical Medicine; proven track record in leading, mentoring, and managing individuals or teams.

• Proficient English language skills (both written and spoken).
