Medical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Delivering medical and scientific oversight for clinical trials, safeguarding the welfare of participants and the accuracy of trial data.

• Partnering with clinical operations, regulatory, and safety teams to ensure the effective implementation of early phase clinical studies.

• Creating and evaluating clinical study protocols, reports, and other essential study documentation.

• Analyzing clinical trial data and offering medical insights to support decision-making and shape clinical development strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A medical degree (MD) or (DO).

• Significant experience in clinical research and development, preferably as a Principal Investigator for Early Phase clinical trials.

• Clinical practice experience, ideally in general medicine.

• Medical monitoring experience is highly desirable.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an emphasis on interpreting clinical data and making evidence-based decisions.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborative skills, capable of working effectively within cross-functional, global teams.
