Medical Account Specialist II – Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage with Hematologists and other key stakeholders in Oncology while delivering clinically focused sales messages to promote our Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody.

• Foster collaboration with various partners, including Regional Directors, Nurse Educators, Key Account Managers, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists.

• Build strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.

• Conduct market profiling activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.

• Proactively identify business opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate efforts with the Regeneron Oncology account team.

• Cultivate a wide range of relationships within each account to comprehend their objectives, goals, and challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree; a Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications are advantageous.

• At least 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with a preference for Hematology Oncology.

• Experience with buy and bill processes for biologics is essential.

• A minimum of 3 years working with key opinion leaders or highly influential customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and key institutions.

• Current account management experience engaging with large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.

• Strong knowledge of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace.

• Must be able to travel and cover extensive geographical territories.
