Mathematics AI Training Expert – PhD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Design complex mathematical challenges for cutting-edge AI training and assessment

• Create deterministic problems that have a single correct solution

• Develop comprehensive, verified solutions and clearly document the reasoning process

• Create problems that evaluate deep mathematical reasoning rather than mere memorization

• Where applicable, utilize Python or specialized tools to formulate computational workflows

• Ensure all outputs are technically accurate, reproducible, and well-articulated in English

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related discipline

• Strong research or industry experience in mathematical modeling, proof-based reasoning, applied mathematics, or computational mathematics

• Proficient in Python, with familiarity in libraries such as numpy, scipy, pandas, or similar

• Solid understanding of algorithms, numerical methods, and computational techniques

• Capability to design unique, challenging problems that reflect real mathematical workflows

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical writing capabilities in English
