This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors on strategic mathematics sales initiatives; engage in evaluations, platform demonstrations, pilot programs, and discussions on adoption.
• Act as the mathematics authority during faculty and departmental assessments, establishing credibility that fosters trust and secures deals.
• Analyze institutional syllabi, course outcomes, and curriculum requirements to ensure our solutions meet faculty expectations.
• Create course mapping resources, comparison documents, and faculty review guides that facilitate decision-making for adoption.
• Establish and nurture relationships with math faculty, department heads, course coordinators, instructional designers, and academic leaders.
• Identify and develop faculty advocates; assist with webinars, advisory groups, conferences, and online communities.
• Represent the organization at mathematics education events such as AMATYC, MAA, and NCTM.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create discipline-specific messaging, materials, campaign content, and product positioning.
• Contribute to product launches, webinars, conference presentations, case studies, and faculty highlights.
• Spot emerging trends in mathematics education that could impact our go-to-market strategies.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, market insights, and faculty requirements, providing actionable input for Product and Content teams.
• Partner with Customer Success to facilitate implementation, growth, and retention at institutions adopting our solutions.
• Engage in beta programs, pilot assessments, and product enhancement discussions; keep an eye on competitive actions from both traditional and emerging edtech providers.
• Solid comprehension of mathematics pedagogy, assessment, and student success strategies acquired through classroom experience and/or industry exposure.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities with faculty, administrators, and cross-functional remote teams.
• Proficiency with educational technology, including LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace), publisher platforms, and productivity tools.
• Proven experience in assisting less technologically adept math/STEM educators in utilizing educational technology tools.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote/field setting; readiness to travel approximately 25–40% of the time.
