Materials Analyst – Protheus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Proactively manage the support queue, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are fulfilled with an emphasis on efficiency.

• Examine incidents within the Materials and Production modules to determine whether they stem from process errors, configuration/parameterization issues, or system failures.

• Implement both technical and functional solutions effectively, ensuring that the resolution does not affect other operations.

• Assist end users by understanding their concerns and offering clear instructions to avoid future occurrences.

• Thoroughly document implemented solutions to enhance our internal knowledge repository.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive understanding of the Purchasing, Inventory, Billing/Invoicing, and PCP (Production Planning) modules.

• Capability to handle and resolve multiple support tickets daily with precision.

• Strong analytical skills to review logs, tables, and processes prior to suggesting a solution.

• Commitment to customer success and the stability of the Protheus environment.

• Proficiency in SQL for conducting table queries and data diagnostics.

• Preferred: TOTVS certification in Protheus modules; experience with Protheus integrations with other systems; knowledge of logistics and execution, including GFE (Freight Management), TMS (Transportation Management), and WMS (Warehouse Management).
