Martech Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and take responsibility for the event tracking architecture across web, app, and backend, establishing event structures, properties, and naming conventions, while ensuring proper execution with Product and Engineering.

• Oversee the complete data flow through tools like RudderStack, Amplitude, and Iterable, making sure events are accurately collected, transformed, validated, and consistently accessible across all platforms.

• Develop and implement data governance protocols, including taxonomy, validation, monitoring, and alerting, to prevent data drift and ensure reliable, decision-ready information.

• Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to facilitate segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, personalization, and experimentation, while defining and maintaining essential metrics such as activation, retention, and LTV.

• Assess and implement Martech tools and integrations, while creating automated workflows and intelligent agents to validate data, generate analyses, and reveal insights, continuously enhancing data quality, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient SQL skills and analytical capability, with the ability to navigate extensive datasets and translate business inquiries into structured analyses.

• Clear and organized thinking — capable of deconstructing problems into hypotheses, designing analyses, and converting results into actionable insights.

• Strong understanding of data quality, tracking, and metric definitions, with a high standard for consistency and reliability across various tools.

• Experience with Martech ecosystems (e.g. CDPs, product analytics, engagement platforms) and event-driven data models.

• Ownership mentality with excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to drive initiatives from start to finish.
