Markets Analyst – Markets & Demand Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in cross-market initiatives, commercial planning, and strategic expansion efforts throughout Europe.

• Perform market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and in-depth evaluations of commercial performance across various European markets.

• Aid in the assessment of new markets, development of market-entry business cases, and support cross-functional expansion initiatives.

• Help in the creation of short- and long-term forecasts, commercial planning frameworks, and reporting for leadership.

• Work closely with teams in Marketing, CRM, Brand, Product, Finance, and Supply to back strategic commercial initiatives.

• Contribute to OKR tracking, growth initiatives, partnership assessments, and analysis of campaign performance.

• Participate in strategic projects while gradually assuming ownership of regional initiatives and the development of market expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in market analysis, business analytics, commercial strategy, or demand planning.

• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with proficiency in advanced Excel and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

• Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce and marketing KPIs, competitor analysis, forecasting, and commercial performance reporting.

• Highly organized with excellent project management and prioritization capabilities.

• Experience in conducting market research and converting data into actionable insights.

• A keen interest in sustainability and the circular economy.
