This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Report to the Customer Engagement Area Lead and take responsibility for the overall business performance within a specified regional marketplace.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for regional demand generation and account engagement.
• Lead the creation, implementation, and monitoring of integrated territory strategies.
• Set regional priorities and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure coordinated execution.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across ATC and community accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and field teams to enhance selling skills.
• Oversee regional demand generation through coordinated customer engagement across ATC and community targets.
• Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• PhD with 8+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience.
• 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, specifically in Hematology/Rare Disease.
• 5+ years of experience in people leadership.
• Profound expertise in hematology/oncology clinical, operational, and account management.
• Strong capabilities in performance management, coaching, and talent development.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and leading in matrix environments.
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and ethical business conduct.
