Marketing Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain SKUs, promotional codes, and entries related to marketing systems.

• Establish and oversee Google Business Profiles for both new and existing locations.

• Track and assist with online reputation management, including review monitoring and response coordination.

• Execute routine updates on the website, encompassing content modifications, promotional additions, location details, and basic page alterations.

• Aid in the coordination of marketing projects and administrative duties.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation across various marketing platforms and systems.

• Provide support for new location launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives as required.

• Assist with the onboarding and setup of fleet accounts, which includes: Lead Intake, Discovery, Agreement & Documentation, Account Setup, Internal Readiness, and Client Launch.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Willingness to learn new software and digital tools.

• Familiarity with website content management systems is preferred.

• Experience in managing Google Business Profiles is a plus.

• Background in marketing, administrative support, customer service, or project coordination is preferred.

• Highly organized and driven by processes.
