This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy for the AI accounting automation platform.
• Identifying and categorizing target audiences, including accounting firms, finance departments, and small to medium enterprise owners.
• Designing and executing lead generation initiatives, encompassing outbound efforts, content creation, paid advertising, and partnerships.
• Producing sales and marketing collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies.
• Collaborating with the founder and product team to establish positioning and communicate value effectively.
• Enhancing brand visibility within the accounting and fintech sectors.
• Tracking go-to-market metrics and quickly adapting strategies based on performance outcomes.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B marketing or a go-to-market position at a startup or scaleup.
• Demonstrated success in developing customer acquisition strategies rather than merely executing them.
• Capable of independently producing content and marketing materials.
• Possess an analytical mindset with a strong comfort level in handling data, performing hypothesis testing, and deriving conclusions.
• High degree of autonomy and the ability to function effectively in uncertain environments.
• Proficient in Polish and English at a C1+ level.
• A pivotal role in influencing the product's market presence from the outset.
• Close collaboration with seasoned founders and investors.
• Significant autonomy with opportunities for experimentation.
• Flexible cooperation model available (B2B or employment contract).
