📋 Description

• Oversee and prioritize incoming communications related to data, ensuring prompt responses and clear guidance on requests.

• Participate in data and analytics meetings, capturing essential insights and transforming discussions into organized action items, timelines, and deliverables.

• Monitor the overall progress of data projects, guaranteeing that deadlines are met and stakeholders stay aligned.

• Develop and uphold thorough documentation that includes data requirements, analytics specifications, and project updates.

• Evaluate reports and outputs to confirm alignment with established requirements and identify any inconsistencies or anomalies.

• Prepare briefs before meetings by collecting relevant context, stakeholder inputs, and data insights to facilitate informed discussions.

• Serve as a coordination center among analysts, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure smooth execution.

• Recognize bottlenecks within workflows and take proactive measures to maintain project momentum.

• Enhance data-driven decision-making by ensuring that all project-related information is accurate, clear, and accessible.

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, executive assistance, or roles related to data.

• Strong grasp of data concepts, reporting, and analytics workflows.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex data insights.

• Ability to distill key insights from discussions and convert them into actionable results.
