Marketing Data Analyst – Growth Marketing, Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Take charge of ongoing performance assessments across SEM, Meta, and TikTok, tracking essential metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS) and identifying significant channel changes.

• Keep business intelligence dashboards in Sigma up-to-date and refine the underlying data models utilizing dbt and GitHub.

• Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot conversion API pipelines for Meta, Google, and TikTok to guarantee precise data reliability.

• Integrate external marketing data with internal business databases to produce comprehensive analyses, guiding channel managers on budget allocation and scaling decisions.

• Translate complex channel performance data into clear, concise, and actionable strategic recommendations for stakeholders and executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-Level proficiency with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously without the need for constant guidance or supervision.

• Strong, advanced SQL capabilities and practical experience in building and maintaining dbt models using GitHub.

• Direct experience in constructing, updating, and managing contemporary data dashboards specifically within Sigma.

• Established background in marketing analytics with a focus on digital paid media channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Connected TV, Programmatic) and in-platform measurement.

• Specialized knowledge in merging external advertising platform datasets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with internal corporate databases to enhance media investments.

• Outstanding English communication skills with a proven history of converting technical metrics into clear business insights for non-technical teams.
