Marketing Data Analyst – Growth Marketing, Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of routine performance monitoring across SEM, Meta, and TikTok, keeping track of key metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS) and identifying significant changes in channel performance.

• Keep business intelligence dashboards in Sigma up-to-date and enhance the underlying data models using dbt and GitHub.

• Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot conversion API pipelines for Meta, Google, and TikTok to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

• Integrate external marketing data with internal business databases to produce comprehensive analyses, providing channel managers with insights on budget allocation and scaling.

• Distill complex channel performance data into clear, concise, and actionable strategic recommendations for stakeholders and executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-Level proficiency with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously without the need for continuous guidance or oversight.

• Advanced SQL capabilities and practical experience in constructing and maintaining dbt models utilizing GitHub.

• Direct experience in creating, updating, and sustaining modern data dashboards specifically within Sigma.

• Established background in marketing analytics with a focus on digital paid media channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Connected TV, Programmatic) and in-platform measurement.

• Specialized knowledge in merging external ad platform datasets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with internal corporate databases to maximize media investments.

• Exceptional English communication skills with a proven ability to translate technical metrics into clear business insights for non-technical audiences.

• Previous analytical experience in the Financial Services sector is a considerable advantage.

• Familiarity with enhancing coding workflows through next-generation development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
