Marketing Data Analyst – Growth Marketing, Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Channel Performance Reporting: Take charge of regular performance tracking across SEM, Meta, and TikTok, overseeing core metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS) and identifying significant channel changes.

• Dashboard & Model Maintenance: Update and maintain business intelligence dashboards in Sigma, while optimizing the underlying data models using dbt and GitHub.

• Conversion Pipeline Oversight: Supervise, maintain, and troubleshoot conversion API pipelines across Meta, Google, and TikTok to ensure precise data reliability.

• Media Spend Optimization: Integrate external marketing data with internal business databases to produce comprehensive analyses, guiding channel managers on budget adjustments for scaling back or reallocating funds.

• Insight Communication: Distill complex channel performance data into clear, concise, and actionable strategic recommendations for stakeholders and executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-Level expertise with a proven capacity to operate independently without the need for constant guidance or oversight.

• Strong, advanced SQL skills along with practical experience in building and maintaining dbt models using GitHub.

• Hands-on experience in creating, updating, and maintaining modern data dashboards specifically within Sigma.

• Established background in marketing analytics with a focus on digital paid media channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Connected TV, Programmatic) and in-platform measurement.

• Specialized knowledge in merging external ad platform datasets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with internal corporate databases to enhance media investments.

• Exceptional English communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to translate technical metrics into clear business insights for non-technical teams.
