This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee and enhance the data flow across marketing, CRM, ecommerce, and analytics platforms.
• Establish and maintain integrations between tools using APIs, webhooks, and ETL pipelines.
• Ensure the cleanliness, accuracy, and reliability of data across all systems.
• Assist with architectural decisions as the company expands and the technological stack evolves.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, conversions, and retention.
• Generate actionable insights from customer behavior and funnel data to inform growth strategies.
• Collaborate with lifecycle, creative, and leadership teams to address critical business inquiries using data.
• Define and standardize KPI frameworks throughout the organization.
• Manage Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixel governance, and conversion tracking across various platforms.
• Ensure accurate UTM tagging and campaign attribution for reliable performance measurement.
• Provide the paid media and lifecycle teams with clean, actionable data for segmentation and optimization.
• Assess, implement, and recommend new martech tools as business needs change.
• Establish a data foundation to support predictive analytics and personalization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance data operations.
• Stay updated on emerging data tools and provide recommendations for their adoption.
• 4-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data operations, or marketing technology.
• Practical experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with Segment or comparable Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• Knowledge of Customer.io, Klaviyo, or other lifecycle marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar dashboard and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with BigQuery, Snowflake, or other data warehouses is advantageous.
• Experience connecting systems through APIs and webhooks.
• Background in DTC, ecommerce, telehealth, or subscription businesses is preferred.
