This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Create, develop, and sustain automated Power BI dashboards for the Marketing and GTM teams.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to analyze KPIs related to marketing effectiveness, funnel health, campaign impact, and contribution to the pipeline.
• Establish scalable reporting frameworks to consolidate disparate data and facilitate self-service analytics.
• Ensure that dashboards are user-friendly, precise, high-performing, and adhere to consistent KPI definitions.
• Work alongside data engineers on data ingestion, transformation, and the upkeep of pipelines.
• Address data quality concerns and logical inconsistencies across marketing source systems.
• Develop a robust business context surrounding metrics to enhance measurement frameworks and reporting methodologies.
• Examine data anomalies and assist with ad hoc insight requests utilizing SQL and exploratory analytics.
• Serve as a daily resource to assist stakeholders in understanding dashboards, KPIs, and data logic.
• Prioritize and define BI-related requests, converting business inquiries into clear technical specifications.
• Aid cross-functional initiatives that involve KPI alignment, data quality enhancements, system migrations, or reporting updates.
• Deliver documentation, training, and enablement to elevate data literacy and utilization across marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience with Power BI in a business setting.
• Expertise in Power Query and DAX to model data and establish business metrics.
• Capability to design dashboards that are intuitive and optimized for business use.
• Experience in integrating Power BI with various data sources (SQL, Azure, Excel, Salesforce, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, with the ability to craft complex queries and enhance performance.
• Familiarity with marketing systems such as Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Marketo.
• Experience using tools like Jira, Trello, etc., to create and manage comprehensive project plans from inception to delivery and closure.
• Understanding of marketing funnel metrics, campaign performance assessment, and pipeline reporting.
• Exceptional analytical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
