This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• As part of the Maple platform, you will conduct two types of sessions each week, totaling 12 hours of availability:
• - On-Demand Sessions: Engage in sessions from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, seven days a week, based on demand, for up to 6 hours per week. Clients will reach out for support, and your readiness to assist is essential.
• - Scheduled Sessions: Dedicate 6 hours per week in the Maple calendar, allowing clients to book appointments directly through the app at their convenience.
• You will assist clients dealing with a variety of presenting issues, including mood disorders, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, work or school stress, and life transitions.
• Bilingual, with the capability to provide psychotherapy in both English and French (mandatory)
• Registered as an MSW RSW or RP in Ontario and/or Quebec, with the potential to see clients in other provinces and territories, or a willingness to register in additional provinces
• Master's-level degree in Social Work or Psychotherapy
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing individual therapy to adults
• Consistent availability of at least 12 hours per week
• Individual professional liability insurance
• Competence with virtual therapy platforms and secure telehealth tools
• Access to reliable internet and a private, secure workspace
• Capability to work independently and resolve problems without supervision
• Compliance with program requirements and adherence to Shift Collab guidelines
• Professional references and a Vulnerable Sector Check (mandatory for all successful candidates)
• Flexible scheduling on a week-to-week basis that accommodates your current practice
