Manufacturing Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Influence potential customers by providing support both onsite and through remote executive overviews.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for all Redzone modules.

• Conduct onsite and remote opportunity assessments for prospective clients.

• Offer mentorship and developmental support for account executives.

• Develop technical scoping documents and coordinate with Project Manager/Implementation teams.

• Quickly generate analyses including ROIs, cash flows, and breakeven analyses.

• Oversee the completion of RFPs and RFQs.

⛳️ Requirements

• MUST HAVE: Experience in Manufacturing leadership, Operations, Compliance, or Continuous Improvement in a production environment, particularly on the plant floor or in assembly/factory settings within any manufacturing sector (preferably Food and Beverage or Packaging).

• Strong capability to influence executives and business owners.

• Ability to establish relationships and earn trusted advisor status quickly with prospective clients.

• High level of business acumen, including operations management, CAPEX planning, budgeting, and P&L management.

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Sound judgment and exceptional assessment skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Proficiency in a second language is advantageous (Italian, Spanish, or other EU languages).
