This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage delivery timelines, milestones, and outputs within the Access Management engagement portfolio.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on project governance, status updates, and risk management.
• Conduct delivery assessments, eliminate obstacles, and guarantee client satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to SOW, oversee scope management, and handle change order procedures.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and handle dependencies within extensive engagements.
• Facilitate documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition planning.
• Develop delivery playbooks, templates, and standardized operating procedures.
• Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and updates for the executive steering committee.
• Monitor engagement health metrics, including budget consumption, milestone achievement, and risk indicators.
• Execute corrective measures and recovery plans.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across simultaneous Access Management engagements.
• Review and authorize solution architectures, integration designs, and implementation strategies.
• Perform technical health assessments and uphold delivery standards.
• Offer technical mentorship to Architects, Senior Engineers, and Engineers.
• Oversee resource allocation, staffing decisions, utilization, forecasting, and skills readiness.
• Act as the escalation point for delivery challenges, client issues, and technical hurdles.
• Manage client escalation communications and involve Directors, VPs, and CISOs.
• Assist in presales through technical validation, LOE and SOW evaluations, client presentations, and sales collaboration.
• Contribute to the definition of service offerings, go-to-market strategies, and thought leadership.
• Maintain practical technical knowledge and participate in complex architectural decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role in delivery.
• Strong technical proficiency in Ping Identity, including PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and DaVinci.
• Strong technical proficiency in Okta, including Identity Engine, Universal Directory, Okta Workflows, API Access Management, and Okta Integration Network.
• In-depth knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO architecture, federation design patterns, MFA, adaptive authentication, passwordless strategies, API security, token management, and gateway integration.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent engagements and delivery teams.
• Capability to manage escalations, address client issues, and maintain relationships at the executive level.
• Experience with resource planning, utilization management, and staffing optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Preferred: experience with Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, or ForgeRock.
• Preferred: certifications in Ping Identity, Okta, CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
• Preferred: experience in consulting or professional services delivery.
• Preferred: experience in incident response or security recovery involving IAM platforms.
• Preferred: experience in building and scaling IAM consulting practices or delivery teams.
