This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Solution Engineering team to achieve designated objectives.
• Oversee both individual and team performance, ensuring proactive measures are taken to sustain elevated performance levels.
• Exhibit analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with strong management consulting skills, to shape opinions and secure acceptance from various customer stakeholders.
• Strive to enhance SailPoint's sales methodology and processes, including the creation of product presentations and demonstrations customized to meet our partners' needs and aligned with the audience's level and nature.
• Identify gaps in evolving training requirements and develop and execute programs aimed at enhancing the sales, product, and technology competencies of the Sales Engineering team.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors on account planning, strategic initiatives, and sales call activities.
• Provide timely and meaningful feedback to other corporate functions, particularly field sales, product management, and marketing.
• Cultivate relationships with product teams and decision-makers both internally and externally.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales engineering manager and an additional 5 years as a sales engineer.
• Exceptional communication skills, including experience addressing both technical and business audiences.
• Solid understanding of solutions, market dynamics, and best practices within the Identity Security sector.
