• Oversee comprehensive planning, development, and implementation of capital projects

• Establish and execute the capital and technical agenda for investment initiatives

• Create the capital budget and project cash flow forecasts

• Ensure that engineering developments comply with established standards

• Manage multiple capital project executions simultaneously
