This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Deliver L1/L2 Production Support for the EDMS application.
• Oversee a diverse team of professionals, including onshore, offshore, and vendor resources responsible for the EDMS application.
• Offer expertise and recommendations for evaluating initiatives aimed at supporting and enhancing the system.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and client domains.
• Ensure that projects and initiatives align with business objectives and serve as the highest level for internal project escalation.
• Lead the team in maintaining project and delivery compliance, ensuring adherence to PMO, QMS, risk, audit, and architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team following established quality management practices to achieve the bank's common goals.
• Contribute to the annual technology roadmap by ensuring project financials and estimates are accurate and reported promptly.
• Work with business representatives and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business demands.
• Guide the Platform team in delivering world-class platform solutions.
• Ensure value-added propositions through strategic vendor partnerships and align the platform with the industry roadmap and business strategy to facilitate effective business growth.
• Support the project delivery team in defining requirements and concepts and verify the correct functionality and resolutions being developed.
• Focus on regulatory controls and audit requirements while managing known risks related to the team and systems that could impact data security, system downtime, incidents, etc.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and team members to identify and promote product delivery.
• Support and influence delivery operations within platforms by continuously seeking opportunities to streamline delivery, enhance business value, and measure platform effectiveness through metrics.
• Communicate effectively and showcase the purpose and value of delivered solutions.
• Establish the right framework and advocate for optimal technology selection and implementation.
• Utilize Agile engineering practices and ML software development technologies to quickly create innovative and efficient solutions that improve the client, customer, and employee experience.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to innovate and collaborate.
• Engage the team for effective reviews and planning.
• Exhibit strong techno-managerial skills, people management skills, presentation skills, and proven verbal and written communication abilities.
• 4-8 years of experience in a Production Support role related to Application Production Support.
• Skills in team management.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Collaborate with business users as part of BAU activities.
• Identify and raise alerts regarding application risks.
• Coordinate patching activities and address vulnerabilities.
• Conduct volume-metric analysis on application performance and issue timely alerts.
• Must be available for on-call support in shifts to meet SLA requirements.
• Excellent attitude and English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with the ability to create status reports as needed.
• Provide outstanding reporting and communication regarding Production Support and project status.
• Manage and direct the team to alert the respective process team through phone calls, emails, and incident tickets.
• Deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested and agreed upon.
• Coordinate with users and Tech Teams for data-related information exchange for processing.
• Collaborate with the relevant Application Technology team for process-related information exchange (Corporate Tech / Retail Tech / Operations Tech).
