This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Leads a small team of junior and intermediate architects, steering the achievement of architecture objectives and assisting the team in overcoming professional challenges.
β’ Collaborates with business units, product management, IT development, IT services, and cybersecurity to establish the IT architecture necessary for supporting new products, applications, and services.
β’ Strategizes components of the architecture and designs methodologies in alignment with sprint timelines.
β’ Guarantees the appropriateness of activities and artifacts to ensure that the approach is neither under-engineered nor over-engineered.
β’ Directs a team in conducting root cause analysis and resolving incidents and issues related to technology within the architecture domain, collaborating with other domains as needed.
β’ Oversees the team's compliance with standards, implementing IT governance and risk management processes that protect the organization's technological assets by monitoring key metrics.
β’ Manages the identification and documentation of key architecture decisions, ensuring they are communicated and agreed upon.
β’ Supervises the documentation of data and application architecture for one medium-sized project or several small projects.
β’ Deep understanding of concepts and principles within the discipline, along with a solid knowledge of related areas.
β’ Provides leadership and direction to professional employees and/or supervisors, or oversees large, complex business or technical support teams.
β’ Responsible for the performance and outcomes of a team or multiple interconnected teams.
β’ Adjusts team plans, establishes priorities, and allocates resources to align with the objectives of the business area.
β’ Contributes to budget considerations.
β’ Decision-making and problem-solving are influenced by policies, procedures, and team/business area plans; receives guidance from the manager.
