Manager, Insurance Product Innovation – Emerging Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive the advancement of innovative insurance product concepts and health solutions (such as lifestyle-oriented, multicultural, and condition-specific health plans)

• Transform strategic objectives into initial designs, value propositions, and practical use cases

• Discover opportunities rooted in member needs, health disparities, and market trends to stand out and succeed

• Assist in the creation of culturally relevant and population-specific products

• Aid in the design of solutions focusing on specific conditions (for example, chronic conditions or disease-oriented concepts)

• Help define offerings that enhance engagement, outcomes, and the experiences of providers and members

• Evaluate market conditions, competitive landscapes, and member insights to guide innovation efforts

• Assist in sizing opportunities and compiling business case inputs for new ideas

• Collaborate with product design, clinical teams, network, actuarial, corporate strategy, and growth departments

• Organize contributions and timelines to transition concepts from brainstorming phases to pilot testing and launch

• Aid in executing pilots and initial program phases

• Monitor performance, collect insights, and summarize findings

• Advise on whether to refine, pivot, or discontinue product concepts

• Lead various teams to establish requirements and facilitate implementation.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, product management (ACA or Small Group), or corporate strategy

• Experience in supporting product development, consumer journey mapping, improvement plans, or pilot initiatives

• Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
