This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee service-level reporting by tracking performance, recognizing trends, and delivering actionable insights.
• Define service standards, accountability protocols, and escalation procedures.
• Act as the main escalation point for intricate advisor service challenges.
• Develop and nurture relationships with financial advisors through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
• Evaluate advisor feedback and service patterns to uncover opportunities for improvement and assess progress.
• Oversee operational projects, including timelines, deliverables, initiatives, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business partners on cross-functional projects, process improvements, and advisor communications.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a small team while promoting accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
• A minimum of seven years of experience in life insurance operations, financial services operations, advisor services, or relationship management.
• Experience in supporting financial advisors, wealth management teams, insurance producers, or other high-value internal stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance workflows, ideally including life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, and annuity processes.
• Preferred experience in managing operational escalations, service standards, reporting, or operational performance.
• Previous people leadership experience is preferred.
• Professional designations such as FLMI, FFSI, PCS, or LUTCF are advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong judgment and professionalism in sensitive, complex, or high-priority scenarios.
• Proficient project management, organizational, and follow-through capabilities.
