This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee compliance activities for projects registered with NERC.

• Monitor and finalize regulatory filings for NERC registered projects.

• Collaborate with the NERC Implementation team during the construction phase of projects to ensure project registration with relevant entities.

• Facilitate meetings with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and others.

• Supervise the workflow of the Compliance Analyst.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• At least 4 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles.

• Over 3 years of experience in NERC Compliance.

• Technical expertise in power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards.

• NERC Operator Certification is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Additional knowledge of ERCOT, CAISO, and other ISO/RTO markets, as well as State Public Utilities Commissions and IA/PAA operational requirements, is advantageous.
